What is Toothsome?
Toothsome is a small, independent magazine about food and conviviality.
How often do you publish?
We publish our print magazine bi-annually, and we also run a Substack where we have a more frequent rhythm.
Where are you based?
We’re based in London, UK but we think about food in a global manner.
Who founded Toothsome?
Toothsome was founded by Ashley Yun and DK Woon who edit the magazine together.
Can I contribute to Toothsome?
We love to hear a pitch, for both print and Substack. Please get in contact with a short email to us.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
Why is postage abroad so expensive?
We wish it wasn't so expensive to send our magazine abroad!
If you’re outside the UK, have a check of our Stockists page before ordering — there may be someone nearer to you who can supply it more cheaply.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Send us a message at hello@toothsome.xyz with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
Can I track my order?
Tracked postage is available but optional. We make untracked our default.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
If your magazine arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please let us know.
Just drop us a note at hello@toothsome.xyz within 14 days and we’ll sort a replacement or a refund.
