Refund policy

We take care to ensure that all orders are packed securely and dispatched in good condition. If an issue occurs, we will assist as outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please email us at hello@toothsome.xyz within 14 days of delivery. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item and packaging. We will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier. Customers who select a tracked shipping service will have access to carrier tracking information. Untracked shipping is available to keep costs low but provides limited support in cases of loss.

Change of Mind

As Toothsome is a printed physical publication that can be easily damaged in transit, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been shipped. Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

Incorrect Address or Failure to Collect

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, or if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we cannot offer a refund. Reshipment may be possible upon payment of additional postage costs.

Stockist Purchases

If you have purchased Toothsome through one of our stockists, please contact the retailer directly. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased from third parties.
